After a lengthy tussle with HMRC over my right to delayed protection of my pension, I was fortunately referred to Independent Tax when I had just about given up hope. I went to their offices, met Gary Brothers at Brackenholme and quickly realised why it is a mecca for people with tax issues that have not been reasonably dealt with. I was recommended to Gary Brothers at Independent Tax by my Solicitor, following what was perceived as a relatively simple property enquiry. As ever with HMRC it had grown legs and CIS attached themselves for good measure.
