After a lengthy tussle with HMRC over my right to delayed protection of my pension, I was fortunately referred to Independent Tax when I had just about given up hope. I went to their offices, met Gary Brothers at Brackenholme and quickly realised why it is a mecca for people with tax issues that have not been reasonably dealt with.
